Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

How long will it take for my order to ship out?

The vast majority of our orders are processed and shipped from our Southern California warehouse within 1-2 days. However, please allow up to 3 days to process your order during peak times. Please keep in mind we do not process orders on federal holidays.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

We do not accept returns and issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Our full policy can be found here.

The product I received is close to expiring. Can I get a refund?

We only offer refunds for expired products. Please note, the products we sell are meant to be consumed immediately or soon thereafter. We do not sell products meant for long-term storage or emergency food storage. Many of the freeze-dried or dehydrated backpacking meals we sell have long shelf lives, but we do not guarantee your product will have months or years remaining before its best-before date.

Please also keep in mind that a best-before date indicates when a product will be of best flavor or quality. It is not a purchase or safety date.
