Shipping policy

The vast majority of our orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days. However, please allow up to 4 days to process your order during peak times, including holidays and some popular summer hiking periods.

Please keep in mind we do not process orders on federal holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
