Hiker's Gold does not accept returns but will issue refunds or send replacements on a case-by-case basis.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at help@hikersgold.com or on our contact page here. Please include your name and order number, along with details of your issue.

Hiker's Gold is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages due to mistakes by courier or customer (such as submitting the wrong shipping address).

In the event that we make an error in fulfilling your order, we will either refund you for the missing item or ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
